The house is situated at an altitude of 630 metres, just outside Palazzuolo on the edge of the forest, and offers the ideal setting for peace and relaxation.



The house spans two floors and features its own outdoor areas, including a play area, a terrace with a barbecue and an inviting pool area. Enjoy the panoramic views from here – this area is for your exclusive use. The friendly owners live in a separate flat in the basement. They are great cat lovers, so you may come across several friendly cats in the spacious garden.



In Palazzuolo you’ll find an excellent restaurant. The charming Renaissance town of Monte San Savino offers a variety of shops, cafés, ice-cream parlours and aperitif bars, as well as cultural events such as exhibitions and concerts in the rose garden. The weekly market takes place on Wednesdays. On cooler days, the warm thermal baths at Rapolano (18 km) are the perfect destination for a relaxing day out. The surrounding area is ideal for walks and cycle rides through the gentle, yet at times challenging, hilly landscape. You should also visit Arezzo (30 km), Siena (35 km) and the Chianti region (30 km). Despite its secluded location, the holiday home is an ideal base from which to conveniently explore numerous places of interest in Tuscany.
