This charming holiday home with pool is located on a secluded hill in the center of Hvar, between the villages of Zastražišće and Gdinj. The panoramic views of the sea, the neighboring island and the mountain massif are simply breathtaking. Olive trees and fragrant plants grow on the spacious property. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. There is also a living room with a kitchen. Bedrooms #1 and #2 have an outside entrance and bedroom #3 is integrated into the living room but separated by a curtain. Rooms 1 and 3 have air conditioning and TV, while room 2 has an ideal temperature in summer and entertaining evenings on summer nights without TV. The covered terrace in front of the living room offers a beautiful view of the sea. The outdoor pool offers refreshing and fun swimming with a large sun terrace. Fitness equipment is also available (stepper and bike, weights, yoga mat). The indoor and outdoor cooler and the ice machine will take care of your cold drinks and fruits. At the back of the house is the entrance to the wine cellar where you can buy wines. Also, there is the occasional butterfly, ladybug, bee fly, mosquito or small caterpillar or gecko.
