A few friendly notes to enhance your stay:

★ The complex is nestled among working rice fields that change with the seasons, from vibrant green to golden harvest hues—a natural cycle that adds to Ubud's authentic charm.

★ Our villas are arranged in a row along the landscape, so while they are within the same category, each villa may offer slightly different views of the rice fields or jungle. Interior details may also vary slightly. We’re happy to accommodate view preferences when possible, so feel free to let us know when booking. Please note that the appearance of the rice fields may change depending on the season.

★ As is typical in tropical settings, you may occasionally spot harmless local wildlife such as ducks, lizards, or butterflies. Mosquitoes may also appear, and complimentary insect repellent is provided in each villa.

★ Occasionally, nearby development work may be audible during daytime hours. Our rates reflect this consideration, and complimentary earplugs are available upon request. Extra cleaning services are also provided at no charge.

★ Please note that the bathrooms in each villa are semi-open, offering a unique outdoor experience. While designed for privacy and comfort, you may experience a closer connection to nature during your stay.
