Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals is pleased to present St. Simons Grand #219. This fabulous, four bedroom condo offers ocean views that can be seen from all living areas as well as the primary suite. The large balcony which overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds is furnished for dining or just sitting enjoying your morning coffee. Either way, you have the ideal location to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean waves.
The primary suite is spacious with a King bed and large master closet. The master bath features a soaking tub and walk in shower. The first bedroom offers a king bed with ensuite bath. The second bedroom features a queen and with jack & jill bath leading to the third bedroom with two queen beds.
The spacious living area provides the perfect spot for families to gather and enjoy quality time together by the beach.
There is traditional cable TV in the living room and the other TV's are for streaming only.
Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Bedding Includes: 2 Kings (California) , 3 Queens.
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Saint Simons Grand will be undergoing major exterior renovations to include stucco replacement, building coating and sealants, new walkway and balcony coatings and sliding glass door replacement. During this time, the community will be an active construction site. While vacation rentals are expected to remain available throughout much of the project, guests may experience construction noise, temporary access restrictions, and other periodic disruptions, while other areas of the community may only experience minor impacts.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

View was great. Condo was pretty good but could use some maintenance - balcony doorwall handle broken & loose and screens off track; bar refrigerator did not cool; master bathroom cabinet doors laminate was peeling badly, master bedroom draperies did not close and carpeting snagged in several places.

Beautiful ocean view from the very comfortable large porch with lots of seating!!!! Great open floor plan. All rooms had TVs, and kitchen had almost everything we could think of .. only lacked a can opener, and an ice bucket… but can’t complain.. we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent again!!!!
