This property is in a great location. Mountain view’s from two sides. 10-34 miles from Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail. Owners have fully equipped this home with many extras and it was well labeled as to where things are and how things are controlled. Three ways to make coffee…drip, French press, Keurig etc. Also, tools, spare bulbs, lots of glassware etc. A fully stocked pantry, condiments and spices etc. All the creature comforts of being at your own home were provided. Even down to slippers for the hot tup and sauna. Owners were communicative and professional and checked in regularly.

The cabin is nestled into the side of a hill in a very quiet neighborhood. It's within walking distance of several local restaurants. The furnishings and artwork complement the rustic style. We enjoyed the hit tub, sauna, and especially the pool table. We recently stayed at the Eagles Roost for a ski vacation. We had two families with kids from 8-14. The house was absolutely perfect - everyone had a great sleeping option and we especially love that each level has its own bathroom. The sauce and hot tub were immaculate and very welcomed after a full day of skiing. We were able to easily get to Breck, Beaver Creek, Keystone and Vail (Keystone and Breck being SUPER close by without having to jump on i70). The hosts were very easy to communicate with and replied very quickly. Could not have picked a better spot for our first CO trip (but certainly not our last!).
