GUEST ACCESS
• You will have access to the entire home and yard! The home sits on a large lot and has a grass covered backyard area with lots of surrounding trees making it perfect for yard games and tailgating. Enjoy the custom firepit and cozy back porch furniture.
* As a guest, you are allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities (a list of amenities and prices can be found at bellavistapoa/com/fee-rates-schedule/) if you request guest passes from us after your booking is confirmed, at least 3 business days before your arrival. Full instructions will be provided after booking.
★ IMPORTANT: These amenities are not guaranteed by us as part of your rental agreement. Our only involvement is to request the passes so you can arrange and pay for the activities you wish to enjoy. The amenities are not free but you are provided access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. We provide your contact info to the POA, and they manage it from there and will send the passes.

We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.
• All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.
• Please note that we want to respect our neighbors and observe quiets hours between 10pm-8am
• We have parking for a max of 3 vehicles (1 in garage & 2 in the driveway). Street parking isn't allowed in Bella Vista.
• Of course, our community is incredibly bike friendly so feel free to bike wherever you'd like.
• Secure indoor bike storage in the garage along with a tooling station
• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.

Overall, we had a great stay! The host was awesome to work with, super responsive and easy to communicate with. The property matched the listing perfectly, and the layout was ideal for our extended family to all stay comfortably together.Our only complaint was the number of ticks on the property. Everyone in our group ended up with at least one at some point, even though we were just in the grass.Other than that, everything was spot on and we really enjoyed our time here!

Overall, the experience was quite good. Quiet street and a nice home. Garage access was very helpful. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the home when I arrived. The cleaning crew certainly could do better. Despite this, it is a good property in a good location.
