***Must give 48hr notice! Any shorter notice is not guaranteed and will result in an additional $50 fee***
***In extremely cold weather typically between December-February the pool heat will not be super efficient. Especially when temperatures are below freezing.***
***$150/day and must be heated for the duration of the stay.***
***The spa and pool share a single heating system, so only one can be heated at a time. To enjoy heat in either, the system will need to be switched from one to the other.***
***Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.***

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of the lake will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. Keep in mind that this property sits in a cove where the water levels are not as high as other areas of the lake. When the lake is lowered it will be completely dry with no visible water at all.***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

***If applicable: The outdoor sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time***
