Localização limpeza e conforto

Close to centre, warm, good facilities

The shower wouldn’t turn warm on the first night of being there. Bed sheets wasn’t the cleanest, did have to buy our own but we are funny so.

Easy to find and clean! Would stay again perfect for being so central when exploring Manchester

Clean and central

Bed was uncomfortable No milk to make hot drink Noise from work men outside and other tenants in the block No call bell system to let friends or takeaway into building Staff don’t answer the phone when you need assistance but soon get in touch for the deposit which 3days later I still haven’t received back after receiving a call from a member of staff telling me the key wasn’t put back and that the cleaners can’t get in to clean and that a locksmith is going to have to be called and my £300 damage deposit will be kept. Be then called me to say I was in luck and that 2 sets of cleaners were called and the 1st set were already in the property cleaning it and had the key which was ‘missing which I was being charged for’ Still no sign of my deposit
