My experience at this hotel was excellent, especially with Shatlyk Suyekov. He's a truly respectful and kind person, and all the staff are respectful and friendly. They're like a family, by the way. I stayed for two days and didn't have any cash with me, but Shatlyk didn't ask for any money until I sorted out my financial issue. Also, when my wife arrived late for breakfast, they offered to prepare it for her again. They are very trustworthy, and cleanliness is a priority for them. They are wonderful. I recommend this hotel to everyone. It's also economical and close to everything, especially buses, Taksim Street, Galata Tower, and Galata Port. My regards to you, Mr. Shatlyk, and we'll meet again soon. Thank you for everything.

The staff is amazing! Súper nice, helpful and accommodating, they made us feel very comfortable. The location is very convenient to explore Istanbul by walk or public transport. The breakfast is delicious!

It was cheap, I got a bigger room than anticipated, though I would have preferred a smaller one. Kindness appreciated nevertheless. Breakfast was nice

I constantly felt like the floor is going to crash under me, maybe because it is made out of wood, I also saw a lot of paint chipped off from the wall in the room, and the floor was essentially a wood-like sticker pealing off in places. The room had two terraces, but they applied the tiles under the door in such a way that it was impossible to open.
