The location was perfect for exploring the city , local restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you need.
Only downside would be the 4 flights of stairs to the apartment…. totally doable but to pop out and grab something was a little tedious.

Perfecte locatie, ruim appartement, fijn klein balkonnetje voor een ochtend koffie en waanzinnig behulpzame host en snelle communicatie

Everything was just perfect ! The location is the absolute , as it is 13 minutes by foot from Rua Augusta and 3 minutes by foot from Avenida da Liberdade. The area is really quiet so the location is amazing. It’s located on the 4th floor, it’s bright apartment , not warm for summer and very clean ! Valter is also really kind and helpful to every question he had .
After walking many hours in Lisbon that itself is full of uphills and stairs, It’s a little bit tiring to walk 4 floors as there isn’t an elevator, however we figure it out that Lisbon is a city with old buildings and the elevator is not supported. Also no AC provided as the municipality has strict rules, but Valter has two small fans in any case someone needs them (we didn’t even use them)

"Gute Lage, gute Betten, ansprechende Einrichtung. Kommunikation vorab hat gut funktioniert. Im Haus war es ruhig und durch die Ausrichtung des größeren Schlafzimmers nach hinten war es dort auch ruhig..."
