A lovely gite in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We particularly enjoyed the garden and seating area outside and were grateful that ours was the only occupied gite so we had the garden to ourselves. The neighbouring farm kittens visited every day and we loved them!
Parking was secure, the gite was light and airy, it was spotlessly clean and beds were made up when we arrived. There was a delicious bowl of homegrown tomatoes to welcome us. The location was perfect for touring the area, only 20 minutes from the main towns in any direction.
We weren't keen on the toilet opening directly into the dining area nor that our knees touched the door when seated in there! The shower cubicle was similarly very small, which was odd because the bathroom was huge.

Quiet, peaceful location in the countryside which suited us. Living area and kitchen were very spacious and our hosts were very friendly and attentive.
Sleeping area was quite small with a low sloping roof line and door hitting the bed. It was not what we were expecting but it was fine when we got used to it.

"The gîte is in a gorgeous location - very quiet and calm on a poplar lined village road. Sitting listening to the birds in the garden was a perfect end to a long day of driving."
