Split Air Conditioning Units in both the Living Room & the Bedroom! An incredibly rare feature that most units do not have. Beautifully decorated with high end furnishings and art work. Wonderfully Shaded Lanai for Relaxation while able to enjoy the water. Living Room has comfortable pull out sofa that could comfortably sleep 2 additional people. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Range, Fridge, Cookware/Dishes, and much more anyone could need. Washer/Dryer in the property too for your convenience!

It was so great staying at this condo. I loved top floor view from the patio. Close and easy access to the pool. The location was great and close to town but away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay here again!!!
