Dimi was really easy to correspond with making it easy to navigate what to do. The property is two blocks away from Lake Zurich so the location is ideal. The place was spacious for 4 adults.

I had elderly parents so it was a little difficult for them to walk from public transit sites. This might have been my misunderstanding, but it's not close to the HBF station, but the local stations.

Location, cleanliness.

Dont do the mistake I did. They say the apartment has washer and dryer (heater). Technically the apartment does NOT have it inside. The washer and dryer is in the basement and for common use. The issue was., it needs separate access and you have to request key card for that separately. We came after a long journey and with a kid. We assumed that everything is inside the apartment. However., we could not find it. We messaged Demi via booking dot com chat they responded that I can go to their office next day at 8:30am to pickup access cards for washer dryer.
