Upgrades are needed and kitchen can have a few more utensils and the garbage policies

The property is gorgeous and meticulously maintained. Everything was exactly like or even better than the photos and description. My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The amazing mountain view, the spacious design, and the luxurious furnishings all enhanced our stay. We were extremely impressed and delighted with the entire experience. The owners are also excellent communicators and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The location of the property is an easy 10-minutes drive to the COG Railway Station-Base Station to ride the train to the top of MT Washington. For us it was an unforgettable experience.

Nothing. This was a legit 10/10 stay. Kudos to the owners!!

Beautiful place with plenty of room for the family!

Our stay at Timberview was absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and well thought out, making it a perfect place for our entire family to relax and enjoy time together. Everything was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Our hosts were amazing—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We truly felt at home and made great memories. We would absolutely love to rent again and highly recommend Timberview to anyone looking for a great family getaway.
