Rooms are clean and fresh, Also spacious. Staff is very polite and Sweet. The construction is new so rooms are upto date. Also all the equipments in room (AC, TV, Water Heater, Electric kettle) are in new condition. They also provided Toiletries (Shampoo, Soap, Towel, Napkin).
They provide Tea bags, Coffee and milk powder sachets with electric kettle & Water bottles.
The hotel has a lift inside. Also has a rooftop restaurant.
The best part is the Staff. They provide 24 Hr. Assistance.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the management.
They went out of their way to assist with the internet issues I was experiencing and didn’t leave until everything was fully resolved.
The room was not properly cleaned - there were marks on the walls and lipstick stains on the curtains. There were no shower curtains, so one resorted to using the bathtub, which wasn't draining.
In the dining hall, tables were not wiped down after clearing the tables.
Surprisingly, in a country famous for tea, there was no tea available.
