The smell of smoke in a non-smoking apartment!

I am writing to provide feedback regarding our recent stay. While the apartment was clean, tidy, and offered a seamless check-in process along with friendly staff and useful amenities like the washing machine, several significant issues impacted our experience: - Noise & Surroundings: The ground-floor restaurant plays loud music until midnight, and a nearby nightclub remains audible late into the night. Additionally, active construction across the street operates with heavy machinery from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, six days a week. - Pool Area Concerns: The pool area loses direct sunlight after 4:00 PM. During our time there, we experienced issues with rowdy behavior, including an instance where security had to address individuals smoking cannabis nearby. - Maintenance & Electrical Issues: - The provided adapter did not work with the toaster, hairdryer, or iron due to incompatible plug types. - The air conditioning unit dripped water onto the bed during the night. - There was a minor leak from the WC. - The coffee table was unstable, presenting a potential safety hazard. Having visited your affiliated properties, including the Me Hotel and Mercury Tower, on numerous occasions, we noted a marked shift in the overall environment during this visit and do not intend to return. I hope this feedback assists in addressing these operational and maintenance matters for future guests.
