Its was a bit difficult. Code did not work. The girl who answered the phone 'Management company ' told us we were at wrong apartment. Try apartment A. This wasn't good. We then got message from owner I think .i said we can't get in. She sent us code for keybox. We then got in. .

Phoning the management company as they haven't a clue what we were talking about and this was at 9.30 10pm at night. One other night , maintenance men came to door looking in very late at night .. we were in in bed I didnt let them in.

The place is magnificent, the apartment is beautiful and comfortable, not a single complaint, the customer service and the flexibility for a 10 minutes early check in and 2 hours late checkout was awful.

The lack of humanity, we had a baby and were stuck outside for 20 minutes when the apartment was empty.

The property looked recently refurbished to a very good specification. It was quiet and very secure with the use of gate and door codes for access. There were nearby small supermarkets, cafes, bars, and restaurants. The property is located a 10-minute walk from the sea front and 30-minute walk from the historic centre.

The communication with the hosts was the worst I have ever encountered. They replied quickly but it took an excessive number of time consuming back-and-forth messages to achieve an outcome. On our penultimate morning I reported at 9am that there was no hot water in the apartment (we had to shower with cold water) - after many exchanges of messages, this was not fixed and we still had no hot water on our last morning, which is unacceptable. No apology was issued or refund suggested.

Immaculately clean

The door lock problem must be already know, this should be addressed so stop further issues . There is only one large towel per person and no pools towels , which you have to buy at a local shop .
