Bulton Hotel Airport & Spa

I was absolutely delighted with this hotel. This is a great place to stay near the airport. The staff were incredible and helped many times. Traveling with children is difficult but the staff were incredibly polite and customer-oriented. They helped even where they weren't obliged to. The breakfast was good and tasty; everything I needed was there. The gym was excellent. The spa was fantastic—clean and featuring a great sauna. The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and very clean. I will definitely come back here.

There was nothing I didn't like. The hotel staff resolved all my problems wit children.

We were looking for a room for a short nights stay close to airport. The drive there was much less congested and only 20 minutes compared to other areas. Staff accomodated a request for a quiet, high floor room. The air conditioning worked well. It's clean. Shower was great. Inexpensive compared to many near the airport. On-site restaurant and breakfast.

The location is on a busy street but has adequate sound proofing. The area might feel too local for those not used to travel in different environments.

I arrived late to IST and as I had work to do, booked an afternoon connection. So, I was looking for and found this hotel to be convenient as a place to spend the night, work in the morning. It was very easy to and from the airport (uber-yellow taxied both ways). The staff was very helpful and welcoming staff at all phases. I liked the breakfast itself which was included in my rate. Everything worked well including the wifi. I was really pleased at breakfast that I could get a good espresso at no extra charge!

I would have liked more than one coffee dose in the room. (Luckily I had some spares with me!) The bed was good, but I found the pillows a bit hard and not comfortable. The air conditioner worked when I came in, but in the morning it would not give cool air. The breakfast was nice, but the "omelet" was rather meager, and that was the only hot option.

The facilities are good

-The hotel supposed to be close to airport but location is actually 20 minutes drive -The staff gave me the wrong room upon arrival. I paid for a suite king/queen bed with balcony and I was given a standards double with 2 rooms. I realised after I had settled in the room. Then my room number was given to someone else and they were ready to come into my room when I was already there. I complained and my room was changed but the harm was done. - The chef was off and other staff cooked dinner. That was nice that the staff did that but in the website says restaurant and unless is mentioned it is understandable that the restaurant is always working. -Room smell to trapped water
