The arrangement and communication from the host were good overall. My only recommendation is that they provide two sets of keys. We received only one set, which made things a little difficult at times.

Overall, everything was well organized. What makes this property special is its excellent connection to local transportation, making it very convenient to get around.

The location is excellent, very close to Anděl metro and tram stations, making it extremely convenient for getting around Prague. The apartment is new, and both the building and the surrounding area are modern and newly developed. Despite the central location, the apartment is nicely tucked away from the main road, so there is no traffic noise. I booked this apartment for a group of seven visiting artists, and everyone was very happy with their stay. They particularly appreciated the comfort, convenient location, peaceful atmosphere, and coziness of the apartment. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would be happy to recommend it.

Als erstes war Super das wir nach dem Anfragen unsere Koffer und das Auto bereits kurz nach 11 Uhr abstelen und in der Tiefgarage parken konnten ( Die Wohnung war zwar nicht fertig, ist aber in der Zeit gereinigt worden, wir haben aber schon den Schlüssel bekommen und sind auf Erkundungstour und erst spät Abends gekommen. Die Lage ist Sehr gut, direkt an der Unterkunft sind zwei Kaffees eine Shisha Bar.... und ein Paar Meter weg die U-Bahn Straßenbahn, Bars und Restaurants.

Die Wohnung ist sehr bescheiden ausgestattet, alles sehr lieblos, die Balkon Tür im Schlafzimmer ging nicht zu, was aber kein Problem für uns war. Die im Wohnzimmer hatte scheinbar auch schon mal Probleme und war dadurch beschädigt, funktionierte aber. Naja und noch ein zwei Dinge die nicht wirklich schön für ein "Deluxe Appartement" wagen, bei Deluxe erwarten man einfach etwas mehr. Die Betten sind auch eher durchgelesen, es fehlte Geschirr..... Nicht destotrotz war alles in allem für "uns" OK da wir nur in der Wohnung geschlafen haben und lediglich zwei mal drei Gläser für ein Glas Wein zum Tagesabschluss benutzt haben.
