Spacious living room with massive couch that can seat 7 people, with 2 built in recliners and drink holders (perfect for movie watching or game watching on the large smart TV with everybody included!) This 3rd floor bright and beautiful condo includes a private, furnished balcony WITH VIEWS OF OCEAN, a full kitchen, outdoor shower and a BEAUTIFUL pool W STONEWORK AROUND THE BORDER!! The outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off and keep the condo tidy & the suite's stacked washer and dryer will make it easy to keep everyone looking their best during your stay! It’s very nice and clean. Was a nice stay. But if you have 13 people definitely need another bathroom.

We stayed on the beautiful island of South Padre. We were at walking distance of everything important on the island, and it made everything so much better. There was a grocery store around the corner and the hosts provided a buggy for us to easily take our belongings to the beach. The host always made sure to respond to my messages in a timely manner which i really loved.

1 to 5 I would say this stay was a 3. If the owners are paying someone to clean they may want to find someone else. Had to thoroughly clean kitchen and area rug was full of hair and dust that we couldn’t do anything about because had no way to vacuum. All in all the place was not up to the VRBO standards that we are use to.
