- You may see space heaters in the pictures of the back deck but they are not operational.
- HVAC system will be limited when windows/doors are open.

Had an amazing time! Accommodations were perfect; kids loved the basement area and pool, while the adults loved the covered deck and spacious room for everyone (family of five plus a dog). QR code instructional videos were available around the house and were very helpful navigating a vacation property. The neighborhood was very safe feeling and walking trail behind the property was an added bonus for walking the dog in the early mornings and late nights.

Stayed here for 3 days while visiting friends in Denver area. In a convenient location. Trader Joe’s close by as well as many other shops/restaurants. Traveled with husband, 2 y/o and 4 y/o. House was great for little kids, they definitely enjoyed the play room. The pool was nice to have, just need to be careful with littles as big drop off back deck to pool so just need to have close eyes on them but really appreciated alarm and lock on back door so we knew they wouldn’t escape out there unattended. Nice stay close to many different Denver area attractions!

Such a fun property, the backyard was our favorite part of the whole house. There’s lovely walking/running trails around the neighborhood with a park as well. One of the best stays in Denver!

This was one of the best places I have stayed. Loved the backyard. Pool,Jacuzzi and a great view. Absolutely amazing place to stay in Colorado. Great trails nearby. Rented a bike for the entire trip and biked around centennial and Denver. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend
