Great location for us on a quick trip to NYC and we spent very little time at the apartment, but a good base. Great quick responses from hosts which is always reassuring.
It was fabulous for us with three people needing two rooms, the bathroom was tiny so would not suit big people.

Great location, literally stepped out of apartment and you can see metro 103 and central park! Great Deli on the corner for milk, food etc. Nick, the host was brilliant and prompt with messaging.
You are in a city so be prepared for noise and the odd 'undesirable ' characters hanging around. Felt safe just be aware if you book.

Buena ubicacion y bien comunicado.
