They are very accommodating! Francesca was so nice and all the staff, Ronnie, Juan, eva fun. Food is a little pricey but staying there you get breakfast and it's very good. You also must eat at Smokys!! Carlos is awesome and the food is excellent!!!

Francesca the manager was very accommodating in taking me to the immigration office to renew my residency card. (Immigration officer not so much. Said I have to come back in 4 weeks, 5 days before my card expires, Another $70 ferry ride from my island).
