🛏️ Plenty of Space for Everyone
Inside, you’ll find plenty of room to gather, relax, and still enjoy your own space. The home features multiple bedrooms, a spacious dining area perfect for shared meals and game nights, a fully equipped kitchen, and convenient in-home laundry with a washer and dryer — especially helpful for families and longer stays.

👶 Traveling with Little Ones?
We’ve made family stays easier with thoughtful extras including a high chair, children’s dishes and utensils, a portable travel crib, and a potty — so families with babies and toddlers can pack a little lighter and feel at home from day one.

🔥 Your Private Backyard
One of our favorite parts of the home is the private backyard. Gather around the fire pit in colorful Adirondack chairs, enjoy dinner outdoors, fire up the grill, or simply unwind beneath the warm string lights ✨ after a day of exploring. The colorful Sanford-inspired mural adds a fun touch of local personality and makes the backyard a wonderful place for everyone to spend time together.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Made for Gathering
The home is also an excellent choice for family reunions, travel groups, retreats, wedding and event guests, and friends traveling together. With the lake and local event venues nearby, everyone can stay together under one roof while remaining close to celebrations, gatherings, and everything Historic Sanford has to offer.

🌿 Our welcoming front porch and historic character give you a true Sanford experience, while the generous living spaces and practical amenities make the home equally comfortable for a weekend getaway or a stay of several weeks.

Whether you’re coming together for a family celebration, reunion, retreat, wedding or special event, visiting relatives, working remotely, or simply enjoying an extended Central Florida getaway, this is a place where your group can settle in and truly feel at home.
