This resort-like property has 5 king bedrooms, a bunk room-1 full size and 1 twin(sleeps 4-6), 1 twin bedroom, and a nursery, there's plenty of space for everyone. All bedrooms have robes, slippers, hangers, and spare standard size pillows and blankets.
5 full baths including a jetted tub and a soaking tub. All have bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, hair dryers, sleeping eye masks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, and a basket of personal items such as toothbrush, shaver, etc.
UL Balcony bedroom has balcony with 2 chairs and table, and an adjoining room with a desk, chair and large screen monitor.
UL Courtyard bedroom has an adjoining room with desk and chair.
Large street-side and lake-side yards. Beautiful landscaped property.
Large Rainbow Play System with swings, fort, climbing wall, and slide.
Gourmet kitchen with all the cookware and appliances you would need to create a feast. Dedicated refrigerator with freezer and pantry shelf space. Wine refrigerator here and in the Arcade bar. 3 dishwashers and 1 more in the Arcade bar.

Boat pier, no access for guests. On the Rocks Tritoon, waverunner, and Quirky Girl MC sailboat docked here. Schedule with owner.
Lake Boathouse has paddle boat, Zuma sailboat, 2 kayaks-1 tandem, 1 single, 2 paddle-boards, 4 pool float, kiddie pool, and large float mat.
Yard games: volleyball, badminton, ladder toss, corn hole, bocce ball, frisbee toss, and Pickle ball.
Tritoon and wave-runner available. Talk to me and arrange a time for me as Captain to take you out. Your group will be passengers; it is helpful to have a WI boater’s license or water safety course. All types and sizes of water skis, wakeboards, and knee board. 3 person chair tube and flat tube for up to 2 riders.
Fishing poles and tackles boxes. WI fishing license required.
Parking for 1 vehicle in attached garage. Additional vehicles park outside in designated parking area on driveway. Parking on yard or in street is not allowed.
Detached garage has a variety of bikes and helmets. Tennis racquets and balls. Portable pickel ball court, balls and racquets.
Beautiful walks right from the property through woods, wet lands, lakeside, and fields. Bird watchers can identify 25 or more bird species with the Merlin app.
Wildlife abounds with frogs, turtles, deer, rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, and an occasional opossum or Racoon.
Golf nearby at the public courses of The Club at LacLaBelle, Deertrack, and the recent host of the US Open PGA tournament Erin Hills. Kohler courses at Blackwolf Run and Whistling Straits are within driving distance. Road America Race track.
Rooms have separate temperature control thermostats for A/C, heat, and fans.

I live on premise in the Owner’s Suite, a separate apartment not accessible to guests. The common spaces and amenities are maintained and serviced by service company employees and the owner. The owner does maintain, facilitate and manage the use of lakefront, boats, pool, hot tub, patio furniture, pergola, TVs, gardens, courtyard, walking paths, birding patio, boathouse, detached garage, and any guest requests or needs. (The house workings are complicated;)
As a retired Wisconsin Judge I am able to officiate weddings anywhere in the state. Marriage License needs to be applied for in County of ceremony. My home is in Waukesha County.

The house ("Kohl Manor"), grounds and lake views (and the lake itself) are absolutely fabulous! The house is beautifully laid out and extremely well equipped. The kitchen has everything! This is by far the best-stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in: lots of room, comfortable beds and bedrooms, kayaks, canoe, beautiful indoor pool and hot tub, very nice outdoor seating/dining areas, the best yard games and a spacious beautiful lakeside lawn (perfect for outdoor yoga, which was well led and a joy), very fun basement games, lots of table games around.Really, the accommodations are fabulous.Welcome gift, provided house and community info, the breakfasts, the boat tour of the lake and its history, THIS VRBO! – all really, really GREAT!As described in the VRBO listing, the owner does live on the property. This is HER house. While VRBO hosting she moves into an apartment attached to the main house and shares the front door access. Drawers, cupboards, and shelves are labeled “Katie” (the owner) and “Guest.”Katie is most gracious and tries hard to please… She said several times, “I am available 24/7 and if you have any question or find something wrong, please don’t hesitate to contact me.”She is meticulous! There’s lots to know about how things work in the house: which interior doors (all labeled) to keep opened or closed, the pool/hot tub technology, etc. Katie will help but will also be around to monitor use and care, more than VRBO rules permit, occasionally appearing unannounced.

Katie’s was truly a gateway for all. Our group was ages 70 down to 8 months and all had a wonderful time. The house is bigger than pictures make it seem. There is so much to do you really never have to leave property but if you do, there is plenty to do close by! Katie loves her home and expects you to respect it as your own. For a large family, that was easy to do! She was way to communicate with and responsive when there were questions throughout our stay. We’re hoping to be back!

The house was absolutely perfect for our group. The backyard was a great area for our group to get together play yard games and be able to enjoy the lake at the same time. For the few hours of rain we experienced, we were able to enjoy the fun arcade games in the basement to pass our time. Oh and how could I forget the indoor pool!Katie was a wonderful host. Great communication and she was readily available to help us on the property if any requests were asked. She is very knowledgeable about the area and always keeps her guests' needs as her top priority.

The property was very nice and fit our group well. We loved the lake access and the yard, games, and the pool brought a lot of fun. It was unclear that the host lived in the house, rather than on the property in another structure. Though she did tell us she would be arriving in the morning of our final day, it would have been nice to have more privacy. She had a lot of rules and sent many messages that felt overwhelming. For the price we would have appreciated if there were less to-dos at checkout. We also found it difficult to cover and uncover the outdoor furniture nightly. Lastly the TVs were hard to use and there weren’t any instructions left for them, despite getting instructions to many other aspects of the home. Overall this was a nice place but was not as relaxing as it could have been.
