Please note that garage parking is available for an additional $30 per day for reservations that are 1-7 nights and a fixed $150 for reservations more than 7 nights. Guests must register their vehicle every 24hrs to prevent towing. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation, and trucks are not allowed in the garage.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed based on their size, but please notify us in advance to avoid cancellations. A pet cleaning fee will be charged as follows:



* 1–4 Nights: $35 per night

* 5–29 Nights: $250

* 30+ Nights: $400



Guest verification is mandatory prior to check-in.



To comply with legal requirements and ensure the safety of the property, guests may be required to provide:

* A government-issued photo ID

* Confirmation of contact details

* Verification through our secure portal

* In some cases, a criminal background check may be requested

All guests must sign a rental agreement at the time of booking, agreeing to:

* Abide by all rental terms and conditions

* Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in

* Complete a background check if requested by the property owner or management, as specified in the rental agreement

* Finalize the verification process through our portal to receive check-in details



Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (or 1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations that do not meet the verification requirements may be canceled.



For your security, there are surveillance cameras in the hallways, and a Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels.



Please Note:

The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.



A $69 Damage Protection Program applies to your stay and protects against accidental damages up to $150.
