Sitting on 10+ acres with private hiking trails, and the VAST trails 1/4 mile away, it's situated for exploring the best of Vermont - from Okemo & Killington ski resorts to nearby lakes and golf courses. Perfect for those seeking adventure or tranquility in a picturesque setting.

The master bedroom (new king bed as of August, 2025) is on the main floor, while downstairs features two additional queen bedrooms (new mattress) and a bunk room (full + twin). The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a game room with a pool table, darts, arcade, books, Alexa, and a TV.
Step outside to take in the mountain air from the 3-person hot tub. Inside the living room, you’ll find a large TV and a piano (note - the wood burning stove is not accessible).

• Bathtub + walk-in shower
• Children's pack 'n play, utensils, wheat straw plates and cups (BPA free)

- Washer & Dryer available for guest use
- Dogs allowed (2 max). Please keep them off the couch and beds, or use the provided dog blankets for them to lay on.
- 4WD Recommended in Winter due to snow and steep roads

- Bathroom, kitchen and hot tub towels provided

The hosts were very responsive leading up to the trip and during the trip. When I was concerned about being snowed in (I failed to rent a 4-wheel drive), they made sure the drive got plowed. They had a hot chocolate station that the kids loved. The house accommodated our party seven with no problem.
