I stayed with Pine Trees for the same week last year and thought the accommodation had been newly refurbished then as the standard was so high, I was really pleased to find that a year later and at the end of the season that the accommodation was equally as pristine. The team are great too, very welcoming and personable.
There was a shortage on the cutlery, probably due to other guests and with it being the end of season, it didnt effect me but was short on the set. Very minor point and i didnt report, i am sure if i had then it would have been remedied.

Friendly service
Location
Site was nice and tidy
Nice decor
Powerful shower
Enough space
The cottage stank of dog and the smell was unpleasant.
The bin in the kitchen was really stinky (without anything in)
The floor hadn’t been hoovered/mopped carefully. Lots of bits on the floor
