Right by the train but quiet enough.
Building is very new with good amenities. We really appreciated the gym/pool access.
Close too lots of good restaurants.
Building staff and Hyatus staff were very responsive.

Newly constructed/renovated/appointed; good location; plenty of Starbucks Nespresso pods.
Consider adding white noise/sound machines in master bedroom and living room, as windows provide little sound insulation and Spring Garden Street and nearby I-95 are both very noisy at night. My boys and I slept very little during our stay, and I wore foam ear plugs.
Apartment is nicely appointed, but beds aren't particularly comfortable; consider adding toppers. Bathroom doesn't have a fan, which may explain why the shower curtain has mold on it, and the body wash dispenser doesn't work. Also, bath towels smelled unclean--as if they hadn't been washed and only been thrown in the dryer after previous use.
