Zaria Court Kigali, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The fact that it’s very central ,clean and aesthetically pleasing

The staff are abit slow when requesting for anything to be brought up to the room

Great location. Very friendly, helpful staff with good English which was appreciated after a long travel from Vancouver, Canada. Great access to Fredrick, the hotel driver as he toured us around Kigali and accompanied us to market. Awesome amenities, rooftop lounge, pool, gym, good food, and comfortable rooms and bed.

No complaints.

The location and the community formed around the sports bar

Unfortunately, there were a number of things that we didnt like: 1. We booked a superior king room which turned out to be smaller than expected 2. Room service menu was very limited and the food quality was way below standard 3. While I would like to give special thanks to Cedric and Letitia for their friendliness and helpfulness - I found Jeannette at reception rather unfriendly and inefficient at her job. 4. The pillows in the room were terribly uncomfortable which unfortunately affected our sleep every night of our stay
