Very pretty, clean and intelligently designed studio. Everything works well and is available and that includes well placed plugs and a working plan. Modern building in one of the best location with a gym and big co-working space, 2 minutes from supermarket, 5 minutes from Oscar Freire. I cannot think of of a better place. And extremely helpful owners, very kind and responsive.
Keep in mind that even if the flat is on a side street, Sao Paulo is always a bit noisy. You will hear the cars and motorcycles.

The building is nice and clean. The flat is clean, and well furnished. The design and decorations are great aswell. The access to the flat is easy and the people at the front desk are kind. The swimming pool on top of the building is also pleasant. The apartment managers are very efficient and easily reachable. The location is perfect, the neighbourhoods are safe around here.
Do not hesitate!
