AIRIS Residence

Excellent location, the staff was super helpful and attentive! WiFi works great! The room is super stylish - bathroom classy!

Better cleaning needed

Nada

I stayed 3 nights with Airis Residences. It was unexpected! A room is not large but it has everything we need even iron and water dispensers. A room is very clean and convenient. Breakfast is various and delicious. The staffs are super nice, hospitable and helpful. Alexkhan and Sabina who are staffs and receptionists have very good services and quick responses. They helped us a lot which made our trip smooth! Housekeepers are so nice. They made our room every day so perfect! I really recommend this hotel for staying in a center of Almaty. Here’s clean, convenient, good service and good value with hospitality.

I had to go to 3rd floor by stairs. It might be a little problem for elderly people. It’s at the center of Almaty, so it has a traffic jam in evening.
