Where minimal meets meaningful, this freshly renovated 3-bedroom, 1-bath retreat offers a calm, contemporary escape just minutes from downtown New Haven.
Designed with simplicity and comfort in mind, the home features:
• A spacious king bedroom with a sleek dresser and nightstand for a touch of elegance and storage convenience
• Two queen bedrooms, each thoughtfully styled with coordinating nightstands and curated finishes
• A fully equipped kitchen, perfect for home-cooked meals or takeout nights in
• A cozy, modern living room, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring
Clean lines, intentional design, and essential comforts make this the ideal space for short stays, business travel, or weekend getaways. Whether you’re here to work, rest, or recharge—every detail is designed to feel like home.
Guests have full access to the entire unit, including all bedrooms, the kitchen, and living spaces. The only off-limits areas are:
• The cleaning staff closet, which is locked for maintenance use
• Other floors of the building, including the basement, which are not accessible
Our family lives on the second and third floors of the home. While they’ll give you plenty of space and privacy, we kindly ask that you be mindful of noise, especially during early mornings and late evenings. Your thoughtfulness helps keep the space comfortable for everyone — and we truly appreciate it!

Behind an unassuming front door lies a beautiful, clean apartment in a quiet residential street. Parking is available right outside the door. Comfortable beds, and mood (colored) lights in the bathroom. Door opens with a code and the owner is communicative.

We were in town for a college reunion with our family of five, and needed a place nearly that would be comfortable and convenient. This house fit our needs perfectly. The inside looks like it has been recently renovated, and everything was clean and comfortable. We did have one day while we were trying to take a mid-afternoon nap and the neighbors were loudly talking outside, but otherwise we had no issues with the location. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the toilet getting backed up, and they had someone out in 10 minutes to take a look and fix the issue. Since we'd rented a car, it was very easy to get to campus, and the one time we had to take an Uber, it was quick and inexpensive. Highly recommend!

The apartment is clean and well set up. It was easy to check in and out. The exterior of the building does not look amazing but we felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The adjacent building was sometimes loud but it did not happen all the time. Overall it worked well for our weekend. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful. The beds are really comfortable and everything looked brand new in the interior. Could use some little things like a corkscrew and coffee maker. We enjoyed our stay.
