What a great vacation! The house was exactly as we had hoped and the location was perfect! A short block from the beach, a short walk to the restaurants and bars yet far enough away from the hustle/bustle. Couple small things during the week, but all in all, we LOVED it!

Great place to stay! Clean, private, very big house

The property is beautiful and spacious; we loved it! Communication with property manager Dawna was top notch! We all enjoyed our stay. However, we did feel that for the money we spent, some amenities needed an upgrade…or should have been provided. Specifically: there are no door mats to dry feet when entering (especially coming in from rooftop). No bath mats were provided. Poor quality TP and paper towels. Only one small box of Kleenex for the entire house. Renters should also either bring their own or be prepared to purchase shampoo, conditioner etc if planning to stay more than a day….only 1oz sample bottles are provided. The same is true for any basic cooking ingredients. Salt and pepper shakers are the size of a thimble. No cooking oil, seasonings or condiments are provided. There are however, ample dishes, glassware, flatware to fill the dual dishwashers; and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware. In the 3rd floor living area outside one of the master bedrooms there is a refrigerator and sink, but no coffeemaker. The pool area and balconies are great; It would be nice though if they had a couple of cushioned lounge chairs in addition to the love seats and arm chairs. Again, we did enjoy our stay….we just felt some improvements would justify the expense.

Great property. Very well kept and great management team who was very responsive the whole time. We loved it!!
