Welcome to Coezy Cabin - a handcrafted log home retreat nestled in a peaceful lakeside setting with one of the region’s rarest features: walkable access to nearly 500 feet of semi-private stone beach on Lake Ontario. Whether you’re planning a relaxing family getaway, a fishing weekend, or a cozy escape with friends, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin offers the kind of natural beauty, warmth, and location that’s hard to find.

Set on almost 2 acres in a quiet neighborhood, this home offers serene outdoor space and an unforgettable lakeside experience. Just across the road, a local access trail takes you directly to the shore, where you’ll discover a beautiful, expansive stone beach that borders Nine Mile Creek - a peaceful, scenic spot perfect for fishing, stone skipping, lakefront strolls, or simply sitting still and taking it all in.

And it’s not just any lake view. The sunsets here are breathtaking - fiery, golden, and wide open across the horizon. This is the kind of place where you pause, unplug, and say, “This is exactly what we needed.”

Back at the cabin, outdoor living continues with a wraparound deck that’s partially covered, allowing you to enjoy the views and fresh air in all weather. Down below, a stone patio with a built-in fire pit sets the stage for unforgettable evenings - roasting marshmallows, stargazing, or telling stories by the fire. A gas grill is also available for BBQ nights at home.

Inside, you’ll find a perfect blend of rustic character and modern comfort. The main floor features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space with cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows that fill the room with light and forest views. It’s the ultimate gathering space - whether you’re cooking breakfast, playing games, or just relaxing together.
• The dining table seats 4, and there’s additional lounge seating in the living room for casual meals and conversation.
• The main floor bedroom includes a cozy setup and is located just steps from the first full bathroom.
• The loft level features two queen beds, a charming view over the living room below, and elevated privacy - ideal for kids, couples, or a separate sleeping zone.

Downstairs, the fully finished lower level offers even more flexibility and privacy. You’ll find:
• A second living space with a TV and lounging area
• A kitchenette complete with its own stove/oven, full-size fridge, and dining table
• A private bedroom and a second full bathroom
• Separate walk-out access to the yard and patio

With plenty of room to spread out, this home easily accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for multi-generational travel, two families vacationing together, or couples looking to share space without giving up privacy.

Additional Features Include:
• Tall ceilings, exposed beams, and natural wood accents throughout
• Central air conditioning and high-speed WiFi
• Smart TVs and board games for cozy nights in
• Washer and dryer for guest use
• Driveway with ample parking for multiple vehicles

But what truly sets Coezy Cabin apart is the location. Very few properties in the area offer this level of walkable lake access, and even fewer deliver the kind of tranquil, scenic beauty you’ll find just steps from your door. From morning sunrises to awe-inspiring sunsets, this peaceful corner of Lake Ontario invites you to slow down, take a breath, and simply enjoy being here.
