Get the negative stuff out if the way first: communication with the host was amazing fur check in. After that, we reached out twice to clarify check out expectations, no response. House rules for check out are different than the email we received and we were seeking clarification.
Secondly, the$250 fee seems over the top . You do all the clean up for the property, leaving very little for them to tend to.

FANTASTIC property and a great location. Comfortable, quiet, cozy and met our expectations. Great find!!!

This was a great location to access Mt Rainier Nat’l Park early before the summer crowds. The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and king bed was super comfortable. The porch and yard were inviting, and we had a nightly visit by blacktail deer and fawns. Highly recommend!
