Made reservation for my brother's family for 4 nights. Heard that the room service was very good but restaurant service is extremely bad.

Neat and tidy hotel at a very convenient location.
Special shoutout to Rani for accommodating our requests and making our stay comfortable.
Except for a couple of staff everyone was quite responsive.
Have reduced a Star because one of the staff charged me for an extra bottle of water.
