Welcome to Great Camp Hollywood Hills, a remarkable luxury Adirondack waterfront retreat located on First Lake in Old Forge, New York. Originally serving as the centerpiece of the historic Hollywood Hills Hotel, this extraordinary 7,700-square-foot octagon-shaped residence has been thoughtfully reimagined into a one-of-a-kind vacation rental that blends historic Adirondack craftsmanship with modern luxury and comfort.

Perfect for large family vacations, group retreats, reunions, and special gatherings, Great Camp Hollywood Hills offers exclusive private use of the entire interior of the residence. Your group will enjoy complete privacy throughout all seven bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, the grand great room, gourmet kitchen, dining spaces, bar area, game room, and regulation-size pool table. Nothing inside the home is shared or communal, creating a truly private Adirondack lodge experience in the heart of Old Forge.

Inside, the breathtaking great room serves as the centerpiece of the home, anchored by an impressive 65-foot four-hearth stone fireplace that rises beneath soaring ceilings and massive Adirondack log beams. Multiple seating and gathering areas create inviting spaces for relaxing, entertaining, and spending time together after a day exploring the Adirondacks.

The gourmet kitchen and spacious dining areas are designed to accommodate large groups comfortably, making the property ideal for holiday gatherings, celebrations, corporate retreats, and multi-generational family vacations.

Each of the seven bedrooms includes its own private ensuite bathroom, providing exceptional comfort and privacy for every guest. The luxurious primary suite features a king bed along with separate his-and-hers private bathrooms. A stunning second-floor log balcony overlooks the main living space and further enhances the home's warm Adirondack character and open-concept design.

Guests also enjoy exclusive access to a private deck overlooking scenic First Lake, offering the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails, outdoor dining, or simply taking in the peaceful waterfront views. While the interior and private deck are fully exclusive to your group, the surrounding exterior grounds, waterfront, and community spaces are shared as part of the Hollywood Hills community.

Located in Old Forge, one of the Adirondacks' premier four-season destinations, Great Camp Hollywood Hills places guests close to endless outdoor recreation and local attractions. During the summer months, enjoy boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, scenic lake cruises, and family attractions including Enchanted Forest Water Safari and the Fulton Chain of Lakes.

Fall transforms the Adirondacks into a breathtaking landscape of colorful foliage, scenic drives, hiking trails, and crisp mountain air. Winter brings world-class snowmobiling, downhill skiing at McCauley Mountain, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice fishing. Known as the Snowmobiling Capital of the East, Old Forge offers more than 500 miles of groomed snowmobile trails connecting visitors throughout the Adirondack region.
