We had a great stay, love the location, walkable to everything in Sanford we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again. It’s cozy, but has everything for 2 people.

I went to Sanford for a wedding and wanted to stay close to downtown, so I booked the closest place I could, which was The Mellow Yellow. The unit is rather small, like a studio apartment, but for me, it was just the right size. It is very clean and well-maintained. I did have one maintenance issue arise, but Anthony was there within minutes and fixed the issue. There was great communication otherwise too. I would book again with confidence.
