The location is excellent, only about a 5-minute walk from NU Sentral/KL Sentral, with very convenient access to the monorail and the KLIA Ekspres to the airport. The view from my room on the 18th floor was beautiful. Ahmed was also very responsive and helpful whenever I contacted him, even coming personally late at night when I needed assistance. I really appreciated his availability and willingness to help.

Unfortunately, the unit I received was different from the photos in the listing and felt much smaller and very cramped. Cleanliness was also an issue: the kitchenette utensils did not look clean, the air fryer still had food remnants inside, and both refrigerators had an unpleasant smell. I ended up not using the kitchenette at all. The bathroom was extremely small, with nowhere to hang wet towels. The shower head has to be held by hand, water gets all over the bathroom and takes a long time to dry, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. There was also a mop in the corner with hair already on it, so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. There was no hand soap, shower gel or shampoo when I arrived, despite “free toiletries” being listed among the facilities. I was told that soap was not provided, and there was dishwashing liquid and a sponge next to the bathroom sink instead. Shower gel and shampoo were brought to me after I asked. The hot-water system was not intuitive, as both the switch in the room and the shower system need to be operated in a particular way. More unusually, the electricity key card is shared between two units. If the guest next door removes the card when they leave, your unit can suddenly lose power too, and you have to go outside and insert the card yourself. This is very inconvenient if you’re showering, working or on a call. The swimming pool was closed throughout my stay. The hallway was also very noisy in the morning. Light sleepers should additionally be aware that there is a mosque nearby and the early-morning call to prayer can be clearly heard from the room, something I hadn’t seen mentioned in previous reviews. Overall, the condition, cleanliness and setup of the unit I received were quite different from what I expected based on the listing and the very positive reviews. Perhaps I was simply unlucky with this particular unit.
