Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchenette with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bedroom 1 : one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 : one queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 10m² south-east facing terrace, shared with another accommodation, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Montluçon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Visit the old town of Montluçon and its medieval streets around the castle of the Dukes of Bourbon.
- Cycle along the Berry Canal on a peaceful greenway dotted with locks and bridges.

The check-in process was smooth, the property was very clean. Parking was accessible nearby on the street. Our stay was during a period of extreme heat, we started on the third floor (no a/c), but moved to the ground floor (with a/c) which was much more comfortable. We were not familiar with the area when booking; there was a lot of noise and traffic in the area. We were visiting friends and they were surprised we chose this location, they described the area of the property as “rowdy”.
