Great house with lots of space but cozy country living decor inside and outside. Close proximity to sight seeing adventures fun and food. Pet-Friendly. Quiet and comfortable. 3 baths is a great amenity.

This property fit everything we were hoping for. It seemed like they were maybe new to the Vrbo world, because there were some basic things that didn’t happen that happens in most Vrbo’s. Nothing major, but for me as a renter, I want to make sure that I meet their needs as well. There wasn’t an informational email with check in instructions, or things to do/not do once we got in (like where to put the trash), or check out instructions. The property was perfect for our needs, we were there for a celebration of life and had several family members come and go. There were a few things that would’ve helped it be even more perfect, like screens on the windows so we could open windows (windows were screwed shut, back door was broken, no window coverings on a lot of windows, etc). Nothing that ruined the trip, but could’ve made things more comfortable considering great weather, rain and breezes.
