Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.

Please note: If another guest checks out on the same day you check in, Lakewood National amenities may not be available until 2:00 PM on the day after your arrival due to HOA processing requirements. Unfortunately, this process is outside the control of Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. The pet fee for the first pet is collected through Vrbo. If you're bringing a second pet, an additional non-refundable fee must be paid directly to the management company after booking. NO CATS, PLEASE!
