The 2 Bé
Magnificent panorama for this 70 m² apartment, ideally located in the former hotel Le Royal built during the Belle Epoque, on the edge of the Ecluse beach, in the center of Dinard.
Exceptional view of "Le Grand Bé" where Châteaubriand is buried and the "Le Petit Bé" with its Fort Vauban as well as Saint-Malo and its ramparts.
The apartment with garden and terrace has direct access to the beach.
The apartment is on the first floor for people with reduced mobility, you have to go down 3 steps.

Bright, it consists of:
- a large bedroom, 160/200 bed with a large dressing room, sea view, + shower room
- a second bedroom with 2 beds of 90/190, a large dressing wardrobe + a shower room
- a fully equipped kitchen, open to a living room with sofa bed. Sea view
- a laundry area with washing machine
- a terrace and a garden overlooking the beach (private)
- a free parking space in the residence
- a bicycle room and a large dryer, common to the condominium.
- Garden furniture and deckchairs, from spring. Possibility to eat on the terrace and in the garden.
Everything is nearby:
-The 2 children's beach clubs
- the shops, restaurants, the 3 markets (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday), the Casino.
- the GR34, the Clair de Lune, access to the boat shuttles to Saint Malo or the maritime walks to go to Cezembre or discover the coast.
- the Thalasso 10 minutes walk by the Pointe de la Malouine (seaside) and 5 minutes by car.
- the Golf de Dinard (St Briac) at 8 km
-Mont-Saint-Michel: 55 km,
-Dinan, Medieval town: 24 km
-For hiking enthusiasts, there is the choice of seaside by the GR34 or by the Rance.

We stayed here with two friends while we were exploring the area. Very cozy and a great walkable location to restaurants. We had to drive to get groceries but it was very manageable. Lovely walk along the water's edge and beautiful views from the apartment of St Malo. The only downside was the wind and slightly chilly weather while we were there.
