Accueil exceptionnel de la part de Marco; il nous a accompagné pour stationner la voiture. Tout se visite à pied. Excellents restaurants.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans l'appartement " New york" de Marco. Tout d"abord l'emplacement est exceptionnel.Tres proche de l'arrivée/ départ de l'arrêt de l'Alibus de l'aéroport, proche du métro , avec possibilité d'aller à pied au départ des bus pour Syracuse Taormina , Noto etc...et bien sûr du centre historique. L'appartement de 2 pieces est tres bien équipé et calme.La chambre est grande et le lit confortable. L'escalier ( 2 étages) n'est pas difficile. Si nous revenions à Catane nous reviendrions au même endroit Marco est un hôte attentif et généreux. Merci

La douche vraiment petite n'est pas adaptée aux personnes de forte corpulence.

Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend, unsere massive Verspätung war kein Problem, er organisierte noch ein Essen in einem Restaurant , was prima war. Das Appartement hatte zwei Balkone, die prima lagen. Der Blick in den Innenhof einfach gut.

The location is convenient, close to the city centre and a supermarket, which was useful.

Unfortunately, my 5-night stay (24–29 August) was disappointing overall. As this was a business stay, I requested an invoice and provided the host with all the required company and tax details. The host initially directed me to Booking.com, while Booking.com directed me back to the host. Despite providing the requested information, I still have not received the invoice yet (7 Sep ) and was told it will take 15 more days. There were also no coffee or toiletries provided. When I asked the host, I was told that these were not provided. The apartment has AC only in the bedroom, with no AC or fan in the living/dining/kitchen area, making it uncomfortable to sit there when it was hot. At the same time, the Wi-Fi in the bedroom was very poor and kept disconnecting, although the connection in the living room was good. This was particularly inconvenient during a work trip. I also asked if I could extend checkout by just 30 minutes, from 11:00 to 11:30, but received no response. The apartment has a good location, but the combination of these issues made my stay less comfortable and convenient than expected. I would recommend future guests, especially business travellers, to be aware of these points before booking.
