This well-appointed apartment is in a quiet area about 10 minutes drive from the city centre. The two bedrooms have beds with memory foam mattresses. The hosts had provided milk and a treat for our arrival.
Although there were 4 dining chairs, there weren't as many comfortable chairs

Great location with lovely view of the lake. Recieved all information beforehand allowing us to start our holiday straight away. Also had tea and coffee with biscuits on arrival, perfect after a long journey. Everything was clean and tidy. The area felt so safe and secure. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Great location, good communication with hosts, early check in really appreciated, annex spotless, beds wow how comfortable, we all slept so well, nice little touches, chocolates, tea, milk. Regular bus service into Lincoln, location peaceful, lovely view of the lake. Would definitely return. Thank you

The location is too far from any facilities. Nothing close.. only a filling station.
The entrance keypad are a hit and miss. Main door is impossible to see at night.
