Newer industrial condo that is next door to a great place for breakfast or lunch called the Mason Jar and it’s only a half mile to a championship golf - Harbor Shores Golf Course. Also, the condo is about a 5 minute drive to the beach, downtown St. Joseph and lots of good restaurants for dinner.
Condo is located in an area that is slowly trying to recover and has some blighted neighborhoods close by the unit. Also, the parking lot in my opinion could use more lighting. We never felt unsafe, but these things I mentioned are noteworthy.
