Beautifully styled. Very comfortable.

Nothing

Arrived having prebooked secure parking to be told that there was no parking available ! When explained had prebooked parking & showed evidence parking then was available like magic ! The booking confirmation from booking.com stated that our request for parking was acknowledged and there would be no further charge from the hotel for the parking. The hotel were insistent this was not the case and all customers for parking were charged euros 12. Staff very rude and we were not impressed with the way we were treated and they just dismissed our questions and queries. Not about the money, all about customer care and principles.
