Room is beautifully designed and clean. Even though room is small, it has more than enough furniture: two desks, sofa, chairs (high chairs like bar stools). There's 24-hour check-in possible since keys are located in a lock box right near the door, owner tells you the code. Note though that if arriving while owner is not there you'll need to ask security guard downstairs to call the elevator to the needed floor, since only key owners can call the elevator and you don't have the key yet. Air conditioner is quiet and doesn't blow on to the bed (mistake many hotels make). Finally, there's a gorgeous view from the window - sea, beach and adjacent tower buildings. One review mentioned smell of cigarettes - we found none, no bad smells whatsoever.

Apartment description mentioned it has a stovetop, kitchenette and kitchenware. Hence, we thought we can cook our own food. Unfortunately it turned out that apartment has no frying/stewing pans of any kind. So the stovetop is basically useless, it's impossible to cook food, unless you bring your own pans. This was a disappointment. I think description should be changed to reflect that cooking food is not possible, or the owner should place some pans, too. There is no shower cabin, only bath tub. Air conditioner has no remote, so cannot turn it off or on from the bed (eg. while sleeping).
