Nice building.
Friendly and helpful staff/ security
Nice view of the city and the bay.
Stinky smell coming from the sewage/bad plumbing. Can’t get a sleep with the stinky smell. Had to cover the bathroom drain with cloth to reduce the bad odor. If you open the bathroom door, the entire unit smells so odd.
Trash cans are not properly cleaned and sanitized. They’re wet and also stinky (under the liner even with dry trash).
Dusty surfaces.
No parking on site.
Available paid parking are far from the building.
